Having started on the shop floor and in warehousing, I understand the reality of day-to-day operations and can communicate in a way that resonates with frontline teams. My Master’s in Lean Enterprise strengthens that experience with formal continuous improvement methodology, helping me introduce changes that embed quickly and stay in place.

I’ve worked in retail, supply chain, and operational roles, which has given me a solid understanding of both frontline work and the processes behind it. I combine this experience with strong technical skills in software and data, supporting the business with analysis, organisation, and the structure needed to keep everything running smoothly.
